I Don't Know About Flair...

Jani says, "Plan a surprise party for his birthday, complete with personal local-joke gifts from close friends. Maybe you could stage the party on a new construction site or closed expressway exit-anywhere with flair."

    My dear hubby celebrated his 40th in January. We knew there was no way he'd fall for a surprise at that time... but there is an idea in the works... but that's all I can say at this time... or it may not stay a surprise:) It's not on the expressway, though.

    And just out of curiosity... do any of your men have birthdays in March?

    An expressway part? LOL! Perhaps a block party in August might be feasible here. Actually, my driveway is long enough, I could probably have it there! lol
